This is the first authentic work I have done.
It describes people who live their life going with the flow like a jellifish(Kurage). For this purpose I have researched a lot of Wong Kar-Wai movies which have a

very documentary-like character.

There are a lot of“topics”to make movies about, such as handycaps, poverty or politics.
I highly regard movies that relate with a problem of society, that’s why I chose this topic. In this movie characters don’t care about society, they only think about what is in their sight

and their own feelings. I described that kind of“youth”because it was all around me portrayed by my co-students in Japan. I wanted to convey the message that
to fix your own feelings you have to start thinking of others feelings, and society as a whole.

I was young and inexperienced when I made this movie but I learned a lot from it.
This experience makes me feel that I want to keep telling stories and share messages more.
